The school district boundaries encompass the South Tampa neighborhood, including Davis Islands and Harbour Island, which are some of Tampa’s most desirable neighborhoods, and most expensive!

The Elementary and Middle Schools in the Plant High School District are also some of the best. They are Mabry Elementary, Mitchell Elementary and Grady Elementary. Having a combination of all three schools being highly rated in Tampa also causes the price of real estate to increase.  The average median list price for a single family home is 600,000.
