She made our relocation from Utah to Tampa much easier. We moved to Tampa from Utah and knew nothing about the area. Rae asked all the right questions to help narrow down areas to look for homes. She asked about children, work, commute, and lifestyle. She set up three queries and sent listings based on geographical area and distance to work. I was able to easily price compare based on area. I narrowed down a list of home before my house hunting trip and was able to put in an offer before the trip was over. She was intune with the area and my needs. I highly recommend her, especially if you are relocating from another state. She made us feel comfortable with the area and the move.

Rae was an incredible partner in selling our Tampa Bay area home. We were relocating from another city to another city, and attempting to get significant leverage from our realtor as we we likely to away from our home during the sale process. It was a blessing for our family to have a great partner for the process of selling our home.
