This is a lot to handle considering the Current Median Home Price (2010 Q3) in Tampa Bay was $131,300 versus $177,100 Nationally, according to The National Association of Realtor’s. The team’s numbers also push them into first place for the entire year of 2010. The South Tampa Real Estate Brokerage firm, managed by Leslie Griffin and has 30 residential agents total.
Leslie says that “the team has a huge advantage due to their online marketing presence utilizing blogs and social media to connect with buyers and sellers, which is where approximately 85% of their business is generated.
Foreigners and Northerners are flocking to Florida for real estate bargains and they need to connect with an agent online who can help them through the home buying process.”
