There are 13 homes up to $700,000 on the market that meet this criteria, and we’ve seen them all! And, yes, we’ve seen all the FSBO’s, (For Sale By Owner) too — unless I’ve missed one, in which case please contact me.
My buyers are prequalified with a downpayment of 20 percent and/or will pay cash for the home.
They would ideally like to close by the end of August.
