Clearwater Condo Offers Unusual Buyers’ Incentives
I grew up in the Clearwater area and I must say that I took for granted all the beauty we have here. Later in life, I realized that we really do live in a paradise, which is why so many buyers are looking to move to the Gulf Beach Areas. Here’s a great new condo project that will be ready by 2012.
CLEARWATER, Fla. (December 16, 2010) — Looking to capitalize on a resurgent condo market, The Strand luxury condominium in downtown Clearwater is offering an unusual package of buyer incentives, designed to distinguish the community from other real estate for sale in the Tampa Bay area.
Future residents who sign purchase contracts will receive a Buyers’ Recreation Package so they can enjoy the Tampa Bay area’s recreation opportunities even before they move in.
The package includes:
· a one-year membership to the Maximo Boat Club in St. Petersburg,
· discounted golf at the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club,
· a one-year family membership to the Salvador Dali Museum,
· and access to the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort’s amenities.
Also, while The Strand is under construction – it is expected to be complete in 2012 – buyers’ deposit money will earn up to 10 percent interest, which can be used towards such items as homeowners association fees or closing costs.
“Our incentives are part of an extremely compelling buying proposition,” said Janeen Pearson, Sales Manager for The Strand. “Buyers who purchase with us now can go ahead and enjoy the recreational opportunities our area has to offer as we complete their custom luxury residence. With pricing so attractive, it’s a good time to buy.”
The Strand’s buyers’ recreation package offers access to a wide range of quality recreation. The Maximo Boat Club in St. Petersburg offers direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway with boats ranging from 19 to 23 feet.
The Belleview Biltmore Golf Club, designed by famed golf architect Donald Ross, is one of the area’s top courses. The Salvador Dali Museum will open a spectacular new facility in January 2011 in downtown St. Petersburg. And the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort offers everything from beach cabanas to parasailing, along with waterfront dining and a tiki bar.
This luxury condominium is being built in the heart of Clearwater, offering high-quality on-site amenities and close to all the recreation and attractions the area has to offer. Current prices range from $237,000 to $1.4 million. Being developed by Spain-headquartered Espacio USA, The Strand will have 89 residential units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The Strand will open in 2012.
Other new condominium communities in the Tampa Bay area, such as Station Square and Water’s Edge in downtown Clearwater, the Towers of Channelside in Tampa, and Signature Place in downtown St. Petersburg, have been enjoying healthy sales this fall, a result of lower prices reflecting the realities of the real estate market.
